“CONFIDENT IN OUR CARE”

GRAND HYATT ERAWAN BANGKOK WELCOMES BACK ALL GUESTS WITH STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is ready to welcome all guests back with strictly implemented operational hygiene and safety measures to assure our guests feel at ease when dining and staying at the hotel. We at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok have formed a special taskforce to adapt our service and products to the evolving needs from our guests.

Our purpose at Hyatt – we care for people so they can be their best – is guiding our decisions. To provide a healthy environment, we have implemented many measures and plans to offer and maintain a safe environment for our guests, customers and colleagues. Our top priority for safety and wellbeing will continue to remain vigilant and follow the recommended procedures and protocols of the local health authorities and World Health Organization.

Beyond Safe and Clean, New Guest Experiences

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok has worked quickly to roll out enhanced sanitization and operational protocols. Hygiene and safety measures introduced in Phase One includes, providing alcohol wipes at restaurants and as part of in-room amenities, knock-and-go room service, increased frequency of cleaning air filters, implementation of a new wellness policy for colleagues, and mandatory usage of masks by all associates.

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is going beyond safety and cleanliness and focusing on providing guests with a holistic sense of wellbeing from pre-arrival to checkout and beyond. Here are some examples of how Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is reimagining the hotel experience with creativity and care:

  • Wellbeing Where You Are: The true fulfilment of Hyatt’s purpose of care is wellbeing. Through a new, exclusive collaboration with Headspace, guests, members and colleagues can access mindfulness exercises, guided meditations and sleep content via the World of Hyatt app either on in-room TVs or on the road. Hotels have rearranged their gym equipment in adherence to physical distancing guidelines.
  • Less Contact, More Care: Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok has implemented digital amenities for guests to have less contact, from Mobile Entry and QR code Menu, to QR Code payment. For meetings and events, we are exploring audio-visual technology that will help offer customers hybrid meeting options – on-property and remote – for large-scale events with social distancing in mind. In addition to reconfiguring event spaces, the hotel provides event attendees with a ‘safe hygiene kit’ on arrival.

  • Feeding the Senses: Exceptional food and beverage experiences have always been a differentiator for Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, and over the last few years, we have placed great emphasis on food safety certification. As of today, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is ISO22000 certified and HACCP certified. Buffet services have rearranged to be served to guest table by service staff and new QR codes for restaurant and bar menus are available at each restaurants including in-room dining.

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok has recently awarded the “Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration” certificate given by the Tourism Authority of Thailand to the hotels that have undergone a strict inspection and passed the SHA’s high standards of hygiene and safety.

As the situation remains fluid we understand that it’s difficult for travellers to make any plans. Our care is guiding our decisions as we support our guests and their future adventures with us. To give members one less thing to worry about during this incredibly challenging time, World of Hyatt benefits has been extended. Members will have more time to use points, more time to use earned awards, and more time for elite members to enjoy their status and benefits.  For more information about World of Hyatt Program, visit https://world.hyatt.com/
