On Monday, February 8th, 2016 celebrate the Year of the Monkey at Ginger Restaurant, on the 24th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, with Chinese New Year dishes that will bring you and your taste buds good fortune.

There are two set menus available for families; each set consists of nine-dishes that are created by our chef especially for this festival. Set One is only THB 12,800++ includes Deep fried shrimp with cream salad, Superior Shark’s fin soup, Roasted duck Peking style, Stir fried shrimps and scallops with vegetables, Stir fried sliced beef Hong Kong style, Pan-fried goby fish with soya sauce, Braised fish maw and black mushroom in brown sauce, Fried rice Yang-Chow style and Sweet bean curd, with chilled diced seasonal fruits. Or enjoy Set Two with 8-course menu features Deep fried shrimp ball, Superior Shark’s fin soup, Whole barbecue sucking pig, Steamed sea bass in soya sauce, Braised abalone with seaweed in brown sauce, Sautéed fresh scallop with X.O sauce, Deep fried crispy chicken with lemon sauce, Fried rice with barbecue pork and crab meat, for dessert, enjoy Chilled cantaloupe and sago, priced at THB 16,800++.
