Climate change is reshaping business conditions in Thailand and across ASEAN. Energy costs, extreme weather events, regulatory developments, supply chain pressures, and investor expectations are increasingly influencing operational and strategic decisions. Yet many discussions remain policy-focused or compliance-driven. What is often missing is a practical environment where business leaders can test strategic choices and understand their consequences over time. This executive lab provides that opportunity through a live strategic simulation exploring business decisions from 2025 to 2050. Participants work in teams to explore how climate risks, policy shifts, and investment decisions interact and influence long-term resilience and competitiveness.
