Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC), in partnership with Huneety is excited to introduce the Manager Development Program (MDP) – a practical, ROI-focused onsite workshop designed to build essential people management skills with adaptive leadership, AI tools and modern practice.  

Here’s how MDP helps managers:  

• Set SMART KPIs and SMART action plans for their subordinates 

• Create and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for teams 

• Deliver feedback effectively, and apply coaching & mentoring techniques 

• Drive higher team performance and improve retention 

• AI tools integrated to support adaptive leadership to drive results, inspire and develop teams 

Learning outputs:   

Empower managers with the tools and frameworks they need to lead effectively. Through onsite workshop, we enhance managers’ skills in core practices like setting KPIs, defining SMART objectives, running effective 1:1s, building Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and conducting meaningful performance reviews in their day-to-day work. 

Whether for first-time managers, mid-level leaders, or senior managers needing a refresh, MDP equips them with actionable tools to lead high-performing teams to thrive in a world shaped by AI and disruptive technologies.
