Past event l Cross Cultural Workshop

The Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) hosted an interactive workshop aimed at bridging cultural gaps between Thais and foreigners. The workshop, which was held at the FTCC office on the 16th, 23rd, and 31st of March, brought together Thai and foreign professionals currently working in Thailand, global leaders, and multicultural team members and leaders.

 

The workshop was facilitated by a team of international trainers, totaling more than 90 years of working experience in Thailand, the trainer in the first session on 16th March was Arnauld de Nadaillac, Managing Director, Human Resources Development Consultant from ANC Consulting who has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources Development with companies in Thailand and 11 other countries in Asia. And on the 23rd & 31st were Jean François Cousin, Global Executive Coach from 1-2 Win who has held senior executive positions in Asia and Europe for a Fortune 500 company, and Sukanya Uerchuchai, a Thai national with more than 30 years of experience in management and marketing communications for Thai and foreign organizations.

 

Throughout the three days, participants learned about different cultural values and norms, explored the impact of language and non-verbal communication, and developed strategies for building trust and managing conflict in cross-cultural settings.
