New Member: Thailand Arbitration Center - THAC


Thailand Arbitration Center (“THAC”) is an international arbitral institution based in Bangkok, Thailand. It is established under the Act of Arbitration Center B.E. 2550 (2007) and has been in operation since late 2015. The purposes of THAC are to support and promote Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) in Thailand and to provide world class case administration services to the users.

Products & Services:
THAC provides efficient and neutral arbitration, mediation and online dispute resolution services. THAC offers case administration and support services for the cases administered under our rules or on ad-hoc basis by our secretariat which consist of Counsels from different jurisdictions and are fluent in a variety of languages.
 
The THAC Arbitration Rules are designed with flexibility and time and cost efficiency in mind. The center has an experienced international and domestic panel of 100 arbitrators from various jurisdictions. The center’s administration fees are competitive in comparison with all the major international arbitral institutions around the region. In addition, THAC provides state-of-the-art hearing and meeting rooms for the parties.
