During the delightful summertime, Erawan Tea Room is treating gastronomes to the rich and vibrant flavours of Thai cuisine. Drawing inspiration from both classic and contemporary Thai dishes, the menu features creative and innovative approaches, offering a unique culinary experience that promises to delight discerning Thai food lovers.

Under the culinary expertise and creative vision of Chef Ouu Nuttawat Ariyawisutsri, Executive Sous Chef, the menus are carefully curated to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. Presenting a selection of over 30 tantalising dishes, the All-You-Can-Eat Promotion caters to food enthusiasts who relish variety and enjoy sampling a diverse selection of flavours. From appetisers to desserts and everything in between, the promotion promises a culinary delight, showcasing salads, soups, curries, fried and steamed delicacies, rice and noodles and a delectable assortment of ice cream, allowing guests to select small plates of food to their liking. Crafted with a dedication to using the freshest locally sourced ingredients and prioritising organic produce whenever possible, each dish is prepared with meticulous care to provide all guests with an exceptional culinary journey. Additionally, freshly made chilli paste is prepared every morning to add a bold flavour and a fiery kick to the dishes, ensuring that every bite bursts with taste and vibrancy.

Some of the most popular dishes at Erawan Tea Room include:

·        Miang kham namtarn tanode (เมี่ยงคำน้ำตาลโตนด) – Traditional bite-sized betel leaf wraps infused with bold flavours. For something uniquely satisfying, fill the leaf wrap with roasted coconut and an array of condiments, then top it all with a sweet and savoury sauce to elevate the experience.

·        Yum som o pu nim tord krob (ยำส้มโอปูนิ่มทอดกรอบ) – Nakon Pathom pomelo salad accompanied by crispy soft shell crab offers the most refreshing flavours. This enticing dish combines the juicy sweetness of pomelo with a refreshing mix of herbs and vegetables, creating a delightful harmony of tastes and textures, while the crispy soft shell crab adds a satisfying crunch to every bite.

·        Choo chee pla (ฉู่ฉี่ปลา) – Deep-fried sea bass in a delicious red curry sauce, prepared with coconut cream and our special homemade red curry paste. This wonderful dish promises a delightful fusion of flavours and textures, combining the tender, flaky sea bass with the rich and aromatic essence of the curry.

·        Tom yum goong nam kon (ต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้น) – This globally renowned Thai signature soup speaks for itself with its bold flavours. Spicy, sour, and fragrant, it features a tantalising combination of herbs, straw mushrooms and prawns, resulting in a gloriously tasty broth that is sure to satisfy your cravings.

·        Lod chong (ลอดช่อง) – A beloved Thai dessert known for its softly chewy texture and delightful flavour. This traditional treat features Chendol, a tender green rice flour pandan jelly, served in a coconut syrup that adds a touch of sweetness to every bite.
