Bangkok, 22 October 2019 - Celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends this year and enjoy a special menu selected by our chefs at The Dining Room on Thursday, 28 November 2019.

This year, enjoy all that Thanksgiving has to offer at The Dining Room with an unlimited international buffet, featuring traditional highlights, including Honey Baked Whole Turkey, Roasted Vegetables, Roast Beef Prime Rib, Tasmanian Rack of Lamb with Fresh Herbs, and Baked Salmon with Parmesan Herb Crust.

Enjoy a variety of seafood on ice featuring Smoked Salmon with lemon, lime, sliced red onions, sour cream and dill mustard sauce. Whole Prawns with cocktail and tartar sauce, marinated Scallops and Octopus, along with Green Shell and Black Shell Mussel. Do not miss the Fresh Crab Avocado Salad!

Our hot food station is also ready to serve you and includes Roasted Duck with passion fruit sauce, Butter Baked Salmon with honey mustard sauce, Seafood Thermidor in Crab’s Shell and Grilled Tiger Prawn with herbs and garlic. Finish off the evening with a variety of classic Thanksgiving desserts, such as Pumpkin Pie with cinnamon cream, Pecan Pie with maple Chantilly cream, Sweet Potato and Marshmallow Ice Cream, and Oreo Cheesecake.
