Relish the sumptuous array at live cooking stations on this special day, and enjoy Korean corner “Dol-Sot-Bi-Bim-Bap” vegetable rice in stone pot and other traditional Korean food. Do not miss our fresh assorted sashimi, maki and nigari, steamed sea crab and fresh sustainable French oysters. Western fare includes hand-crafted pasta and pizza, braised lamb shank, grilled Black Angus grain fed short rib with Korean marinade, whole-roasted suckling pig, slow-cooked Catalan organic chicken, mixed cheeses and cold cut selection, truffle risotto and many more. To complete the meal with a sweet treat, relish a variety of desserts and ice-cream selections. In addition, you will see the outstanding feature that is our open display kitchen, where our chefs prepare the finest dishes for our guests.
