La French Tech Bangkok (LFTBKK) is under the umbrella of "La French Tech", a global initiative and a collective brand launched in 2014 by the French government with the ambition to support and promote French communities of startups and entrepreneurs around the world, with strong ties to local ecosystems, while promoting French innovation and know-how. In 2019, Bangkok was labelled as an official "French Tech Community".
LFTBKK is a bridge between the French and the Thai entrepreneurial ecosystems. It is running on a monthly or bi-monthly basis a series of events, inviting entrepreneurs and experts to talk about a specific topic related to the latest technology trends. In partnership with the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce, LFTBKK will provide tech content to its members and resonate among a larger audience.
