I am fascinated by the world of beauty and I thrive in situations where I am challenged to provide strategic leadership with a focus on vision and adaptability. That is why I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to the number 1 global beauty company.

Originally from Lisbon, I graduated with a degree in Economics from the Nova School of Business. In 2001, I started as a Product Manager for L’Oreal Paris in Portugal and by the time I was 35 I became the first and youngest woman to be nominated Country Manager. L’Oréal has truly allowed me to pursue the life I want to live, as I embody the company’s values of a fast-paced, multi-cultural and human-focused experience.

L’Oreal has enabled me to chase my dreams around the world, from France to Spain to now Thailand. Here, we strive to become the country's pioneer of a consumer-driven and e-commerce-forward world while remaining socially and environmentally conscious towards our planet. My dedication to developing the next generation of high-performing talents and leaders will hopefully continue to leave a resounding impact.
