Speakers
Mr. Alessandro Stasi:
Legal Advisor and Lecturer in Business Law at Mahidol University International College and legal advisor specializing in Thai commercial law. He holds two doctoral degrees in comparative commercial law, is author of several books, academic articles in leading international journals and provides advice to private clients, international organizations, and non-governmental organizations.


 
Mr. Franck Fougere: Franck is managing partner and founder of Ananda Intellectual Property, one of Thailand’s leading IP law firms. His practice includes patent and trade mark prosecution, anti-counterfeiting and complex IP litigation (notably patent and copyright infringement) in Thailand and throughout Asia. In addition to servicing several high profile multinational corporations, Franck is a frequent speaker on cutting-edge IP issues at professional symposiums and conferences as well as a lecturer in various universities. Franck serves as expert on IP issues for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the European Union, the French and Swiss Governments.
