FTCC HR Department team accompanies its members to connect with qualified international professionals of all sectors, from entry to senior levels. Our department helps your company through any administrative procedure and recruitment of qualified profiles.
For French new comers in Thailand, our Chamber organizes each month a workshop “Atelier Emploi” to help you in your job search. You can register easily at employment@francothaicc.com. This workshop is held in French and will provide you insights regarding the legal and local aspect of the employment market in Thailand.
This session is divided in two parts:
1.    Morning : Thailand local market, legal and technics aspects.
2.    Afternoon: Find a job within the Network.

Initiated by the HR committee, the HR team organizes 3 to 4 HR talks per year to help leaders through Human Resources issues. In close partnership with experts among its members, the department runs dedicated workshops and trainings for managers and entrepreneurs willing to get updated information on business topics and practice specific soft skills.
Furthermore, our team organizes in September a cross-cultural workshop for 2 days to understand better cultural issues in Thailand and how to overcome them. Our cross-cultural workshop is happening only once a year, this is the unique opportunity to get insights of Thai and foreigner managers.

In September, initiated by the SME’s committee, our HR Department is organizing a Business Speed Dating. It will be the opportunity to:
-    Meet with various companies
-    Improve your network
-    Create new business opportunities such as partnerships or leads
     during this event
