[Recap] 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 – 𝟮𝟱 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
On Wednesday, 25 February 2026, the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) successfully hosted a full-day Cross-Cultural Leadership Workshop at the FTCC Office.

Under the theme “Building Understanding Across Cultures for Effective Collaboration,” the workshop gathered Thai and international professionals working in multicultural environments.

The session was led by:
🌟 Jean-Francois Cousin, Global Executive Coach and former Managing Director in Thailand
🌟 Sukanya Uerchuchai, Honorary Member and former Executive Director of FTCC
With their strong experience in cross-cultural leadership and management, both trainers shared practical insights and real-life examples.

During the workshop, participants explored:
🔹 Key differences between Thai and Western leadership styles
🔹 Effective communication and relationship-building across cultures
🔹 Conflict management and team motivation in multicultural teams
🔹 Building trust and using diversity as a strength
