Philippe Claire

Came in Thailand in 1988 and spent the first 6 years as an expat for a French company involved in Industrial Air Treatment. Founded Ventury in 1994, an engineering company expert in Industrial Air Conditioning.

In 2000, the company has then evolved to offer turnkey projects involving all kind of facilities (Air Conditioning, Electricity, Compressed Air, Steam, Gas, Vacuum, Dust Collection, …) and has successfully achieved numerous Clean Rooms and other Industrial Applications. Since 2010, Ventury is offering turnkey factories including building construction as well.

Alexandre Dupont

Managing Director, Orbis Thailand International Partner, Orbis Alliance

Alexandre Dupont has been working in Thailand for more than 18 years. After working 6 years for a French Law Firm based in Bangkok, he founded with a few partners Law Solutions, a Business Law Firm in 2006 and CPA Solutions, an Accounting and Audit Firm in 2010.

In view of services synergy and regional expansion, the firms were rebranded to become “Orbis” with new offices in Hong Kong (2012), Shanghai and Beijing (2014), Manila (2016) and Singapore (2018). Alexandre has advised and assisted clients in foreign investment in Asia and is currently serving the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce as President.

Thierry Guillossou

Managing Director ATa Services Co.,Ltd

Automation engineer, Thierry Guillossou has an experience of 18 years in Asia.

2000 to 2005: Sales manager for a French company in food process.

2005 to 2008: General Manager for a Danish company specialized in spray drying process.

2008: moved in Thailand to open ATA Services.

Franck Fougere

Managing Partner, Ananda Intellectual Property

Expert: Legal (IP)

Franck has practiced intellectual property in Thailand for over 16 years. He founded Ananda IP in 2011 with the objective of building Thailand’s best boutique IP firm. Recognized as one of Thailand’s leading IP specialists, Franck’s practice areas include trademark and patent prosecution, trademark strategy, copyright and patent litigation, anti-counterfeit strategy, and IP contracts.

In addition to servicing several high-profile, multinational corporations from Europe, China, Japan, the USA, India, UAE and Southeast Asia, Franck is also a frequent speaker on cutting-edge IP issues at professional symposiums and conferences. A recognized expert, Franck is a regular lecturer in patent, trademark, and design law for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and a teacher of WIPO’s Distance Learning program. He is an advisor to the European Union (ECAP & EU/ASEAN IPR Helpdesk), to the Swiss Government (ISIP I and ISIP II), and to the French government on IP issues. Franck has authored numerous expert studies and articles, including two IP guides for Thailand published in 2011 and 2013. Franck is also a former President of the Franco Thai Chamber of Commerce (2009-2011), and an active member of APAA Emerging IP Rights Committee. In 2013, Franck Fougere received the ILO Client Choice award for best patent practitioner in Thailand. Legal 500 and Asia Law has recognized him as a Leading Lawyer since 2004. In 2015, Franck was appointed as Foreign Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur de la France) by the French government. 

 

Franck graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Strasbourg) in France and College of Europe (Bruges) in Belgium and trained at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. He trained at an international law firm in Brussels before moving to Thailand in 2002. Franck is fluent in French, German, and English, and intermediate in Russian and Thai.

Yannick Zoccola

Board director and Board advisor of Linxens-Knl

Expert: Industrial & Mechanical

Yannick has been stationed in Asia, Europe and North America for the past 20 years, working for leaders in Digital Security, RFID Identification and Financial platforms.

A firm believer in team work, leadership and the search for improvement, he has swiftly been promoted to roles such as marketing manager, factory manager and ultimately COO of a global manufacturing organization. He founded KnL in 2011, from fundraising to manufacturing millions of electronic devices per month and subsequently selling to Linxens in 2015.

Managing director of Linxens-KnL and member of the Linxens executive committee till 2017.

Trusted by many in the industry for his capability and professionalism, he is now an angel investor and an advisor to entrepreneurs. 

 

Yannick is also seating on several boards of directors, sharing his extended experience in Asia and entrepreneurship.
