Since they entered the labor market in the late 90’, the Millennials (known as generation Y, population born between 1980-2000) have been under the spotlight.
As their number is increasing (it has been estimated that by 2025, Millennials willcomprise ¾ of the Global Workforce) HR, companies as well as employers are wondering and questioning themselves:
- How to minimize the gap between their “senior employees”, baby boomer (1946–1964) & generation X (1965–1980) and the newcomer's Millennials?
- How to engage both sides in the same direction?
This FTCC Joint Committees Young Professionals & Human Ressources event purpose is to seat both sides around a table and engage both generations in an open discussion about management, structure, attitude, teamwork, culture etc.
