FTCC/NTCC Coaching Group

On leadership and change-management: 

An extraordinary journey of leaders-development has started!

16 persons from 16 companies participate to our “co-development” group started in March.

Those Thai and foreign executives have been brainstorming and challenging one another so far on 3 topics: “Dream team”, “leadership”, “managing change and crisis”.

They enthusiastically share their personal working experiences and expertise, and enrich/strengthen their approaches by drawing from the interactions.

A real Case Study has been presented in a session by a participant, adding even more value to the group session.

Each group-coaching session is followed by a personal coaching session, a moment dedicated to support each participant in her/his work challenges and set-up action plans. The members’ commitment to implement their action plans is a strong reward for Anne-Marie Machet and Jean- François Cousin, the two coaches who initiated this group with the support of FTCC and NTCC.

Some feedbacks from participants:

“The co-development sessions have been very satisfactory and of excellent quality so far. Besides the eye-openers given to us through theoretical models and working tools, I really enjoy the fact that the sessions are conducted in a group form in which a lot of practical feedback is given from the members. The mix between foreign and local managers and variation of businesses we represent makes this even more valuable. Our brain-storm sessions on various subjects have let to instant new ideas which quickly can be fine-tuned in our group and lead to better self reflection on the way we all conduct our businesses on a day to day basis. The open and respectful atmosphere of the sessions motivates everybody to think out of the box without hesitation.

Besides the co-development sessions, the 30-minutes coaching sessions allow for personal attention on specific challenges of every group member. I admire the ability of both of you to be able to drill down to the core of the specific challenge in a very short time which jointly leads to possible solutions and a personal action plan. During these sessions I have pick-up a number of new ideas which have let to quick improvement of the specific challenge in our organization.

My summary therefore concludes with the fact that I’m very satisfied with the sessions and results so far and will definitely recommend others to join into a future program conducted by 1-2 Win and FP Coaching to Lead.
