Consultant in Human Resources Development and organisations for 18 years, Mr. Arnaud de Nadaillac, held the Intercultural workshop for the FTCC for the 4th consecutive year allowing French and Thai members to better understand their differences and thus put best basis of cooperation for increased results.

Conducted in English, this workshop consists of 2 parts:

-          A presentation of main differences between French and Thai cultures (based on his 14 years experience in Thailand working in 3 different contexts)  completed by the analysis of books and articles from various sources.

-          Study cases: discussion in small working groups and debriefing of all the groups for comparison and conclusion
