About the Author: Isabelle Michelet – Prasena Consulting Director
Based in Thailand for close to 20 years, Isabelle has led the first international HRM consulting company establishment in Bangkok, Corporate Resources Group, over most of the ‘90s. In this position, she designed the first Total Remuneration Survey in Thailand and supervised its annual production for years, she designed and conducted hundreds of public and in-house HRM training programs, and she led dozens of HRM consulting projects in multinationals and local private and state enterprises in the country. Upon CRG’s acquisition by Mercer, she turned to research and knowledge management, which led her to pioneer in the area of competencies and talent development management. With the turn of the Millennium, she created Prasena with two other principal consultants. Based in Bangkok, Prasena focuses its services on CEOs and executive committees, and assists them in optimizing the integrated management of their human, technological, financial and intellectual resources.
